Cruising is the most complete tourism and hospitality experience as it includes transportation, accommodation, attractions, food and beverage, entertainment, casino gambling, and destination visits. Students will start with a tour of Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal. While on the cruise, students will make a resort site visit in Nassau, Bahamas to a location such as Atlantis Resort or Baha Mar Resort. Students will also take behind-the-scenes tours of the various cruise departments to learn the operations of each of those areas. Also, included each evening is a group business etiquette dinner for the students to learn about proper protocol for dining etiquette.

Ashi. Students will visit and/or tour Meiji Shrine, Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone National Park, Tsukiji Fish Market, Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku Districts.
The French and Humanities Study Abroad Program involves an extended 9-night stay in Paris, where we will familiarize ourselves with the city’s many resources (subway, museums, parks, markets, monuments, neighborhoods) and nearby (Versailles; Monet’s home and gardens in Giverny; Brittany) using public transportation. We will observe some of the preparations for the Summer 2024 Olympics that begin in July. Then we take the high-speed train to France’s oldest city, Marseilles, for another 5 days to explore Provence (southern France), take a ferry to the Chateau d ‘If in the Mediterranean, and follow the footsteps of the painters Cezanne and Van Gogh in Arles and Aix-en Provence.
