The theme of February’s First Friday in downtown Lakeland was Downtown College Town, and Polk State representatives were on hand Feb. 5, passing out free popcorn and providing information on the College’s programs and activities.

Middle Schoolers Visit Advanced Technology Center

A group of 40 students from Crystal Lake Middle School in Lakeland visited the Polk State Clear Springs Advanced Technology Center on Feb. 2 to learn about career opportunities in supply chain and engineering.
