Polk State Hosting Information Sessions for New Bachelors’ Degrees in Education

This fall, Polk State will begin offering a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Polk State College will host four information sessions for those interested in its soon-to-launch bachelors’ degrees in education. At theses sessions, prospective students will learn about the application process and admission requirements, receive financial aid information, and meet with an academic adviser. All information sessions are free and open to the public.

April 11 – 6 p.m.

April 18 – 6 p.m. 
Haines City High School

April 19 – 6 p.m.
Polk State Lake Wales Arts Center

April 21 – 6 p.m.
Polk State Lakeland
3425 Winter Lake Road, LTB 1100

With the addition of the education degrees, Polk State now offers a total of six baccalaureate programs, including the Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Sciences. Fall classes start on Aug. 22.
