FortifyFL

The FortifyFL app is a suspicious activity reporting tool that allows anyone to instantly relay information to law enforcement and school officials. Students, staff, families, and members of the community can use the app to report school safety concerns anonymously and easily.

The Florida Legislature directed this tool’s development in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act. The app is critical to ensuring that all Florida schools are safe environments where students and educators can experience and share the joy of learning without fear.

When a report is made, the app is designed to send information to threat assessment teams, including the school resource officer assigned to each school. Some tips go directly to 911.

Polk State Lakeland Gateway to College Collegiate High School encourages our families, students, and employees to download the FortifyFL app to their mobile devices. The app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
