1. When will I receive my 1098-T?

   Students who are eligible to receive a Form 1098-T may access and electronic copy via the Polk Portal any time after January 31. Paper 1098T forms will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service no later than January 31 to the mailing address provided under your student account.
