Please follow the steps below to complete your activation.

• Log in to the “Polk Portal”
• Click on “View all Cards” or use the search feature to find & select the BankMobile option
• Scroll to “Verify My Information” – enter Polk State College, Banner Student ID (found on your Profile in the Portal), & your Polk State email
• Click the  “Verify My Information” button and follow the steps to complete your activation.
• You may choose between a BankMobile checking account, Direct Deposit to an existing account, or a paper check mailed from BankMobile to your home address
