The PCC Cardiovascular Technology Program prepares students for careers in the fast paced, critical thinking arena of Cardiac and Peripheral Intervention.  CVT students will train to assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, learn to operate imaging equipment, and learn to monitor a patient’s hemodynamic status during each procedure.  Graduates will find employment opportunities in critical care areas such as Cardiac Catheterization Labs and Interventional Radiology Suites in hospitals and clinics as professionally licensed health care associates.
