Polk State’s campus cafes are open

Polk State College’s cafes on the Winter Haven and Lakeland campuses are now open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., providing the College community with affordable and convenient food options.

It is important to note that the campus cafes will not accept cash. Self-service kiosks in the cafes accept debit, credit, and BankMobile cards. However, the College strongly encourages students and employees to download and use the Canteen Connect and Pay app, which is available for both Apple and Android. The Canteen Connect and Pay app allows patrons to order and prepay for their meals for pickup.

About the app

Once the app is downloaded, users will be asked to create a login.

To preorder food, users will select a location code. For the Lakeland Campus, use code 14E7C8. For the Winter Haven Campus, use code 14E7C7.

Then users will select their menu items, pick-up time, and location. Orders will then be ready to be picked up and enjoyed. In addition to being able to preorder and enjoy a faster checkout, app users will earn points, rewards, and discounts on select products.
