Polk State announces tuition deadlines for Spring 2026 Semester
As the Spring 2026 Semester nears, Polk State College students should ensure that all classes have been paid for.
With classes beginning on Jan. 7, tuition and fees, and all balances must be paid in full by Friday, Jan. 2. This includes all 12- and 16-week as well as Fastrack (eight-week) classes.
Students who have a balance due will be dropped from classes on Wednesday, Jan. 7.
Students can add 16-week and Fastrack 1 classes through the Polk Portal until Jan. 9. Academic advisors will remain available to assist with registration. Tuesday, Jan. 13 is the final day to drop a class for the 16-week and Fastrack 1 sessions and receive a full refund.
It’s important to note that students who add classes after the session begins must ensure payment is completed promptly. Those with unpaid fees will be dropped on Jan. 14.

Polk State encourages all students to check their schedules, meet with an advisor if needed and complete all necessary steps to stay enrolled and on track this spring.

Students should note that the College will be closed for Thanksgiving break from Nov. 26 through Nov. 30, and for winter break from 2 p.m. Dec. 12 through Jan. 1.
