Months of sleep deprivation finally paid off for Professor Robin Richmond, academic fieldwork coordinator for the Occupational Therapy Assistant program. She graduated with honors from the University of South Florida in December, earning her master’s in Career and Technical Education. The degree is designed to prepare educators in all aspects of program design, operation and evaluation when working in career-related programs in middle school, high school, technical centers and community college settings. The focus is on improving instructional, curricular, and related competencies and the development of leadership skills. Richmond brings to the OTA program several years of experience in pediatrics, sub-acute care and low-vision rehabilitation.

Congratulations, Professor Richmond!
