Polk State presents Human Library

The Polk State Human Library made its debut April 3 at the Lakeland Campus Library and April 4 at the Winter Haven Campus Library.

In the Human Library, the “books” are people who share their stories and engage in conversation with “readers.” The project aims to build a positive framework for dialogue that can challenge stereotypes and prejudices.
