Polk State Occupational Therapist Assistant Students Make Nomination

The Polk State students have nominated Adriana Perez, inpatient occupational therapist at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, for fieldwork educator of the year by the Florida Occupational Therapist Education Consortium.
