Polk State College to host pair of open house events in October
Polk State College will host open house events on the Winter Haven Campus on Oct. 15 and the Lakeland Campus on Oct. 22.
Prospective students and families are invited to tour campuses, meet faculty and staff, learn about academic programs and student life, complete college applications, receive assistance with applying for financial aid, enter to win scholarships, and more.
Open house on the Winter Haven Campus on Oct. 15 will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 999 Ave. H N.E. in the Student Center (WST 126). Open house on the Lakeland Campus on Oct. 22 will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 3425 Winter Lake Road in the Lakeland Technology Building (LTB 1100).
Open enrollment for the Spring 2025 Semester will begin on Nov. 13 with classes starting Jan. 6. Open enrollment for the Summer 2025 Semester will begin on March 31 with classes to begin on May 7.
Currently enrolled Polk State students can register for classes in the Polk Portal. Prospective students should submit a free online application to the College by clicking here. Dual enrollment students should work with their high school advisors and email deregistration@polk.edu if they need assistance.
