Deadline For Nursing Program Applications Extended Due To Hurricane

The application deadline for the Polk Stage College Associate of Science degree in Nursing has been extended from Sept. 15 to Sept. 22 due to Hurricane Irma.  This new deadline is also subject to change dependent on when the College resumes operation following the storm.
