Artie Renee Pobjecky is an immigration and compliance attorney at Pobjecky & Pobjecky, LLP.
Artie Renee is a frequent lecturer at state and national immigration conferences. She has appeared on local news programs as well as the One America Network cable channel.
She is a Past-Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Central Florida Chapter. Since 2016, Best Lawyers has recognized Artie Renee for her contributions to immigration law, and she was named a Rising Star in the practice of immigration law by Super Lawyers in 2014. On October 27, 2017, she received an award from the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Central Florida Chapter, for Outstanding Contributions to the Chapter.
Artie Renee is active in the Winter Haven community, where she proudly serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In 2019, she was recognized with the “She Knows Where She Is Going” award presented by Girl’s Inc. of Winter Haven.
Artie Renee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University.
