Upward Bound Kickoff

Polk State’s Upward Bound program welcomed new participants Sept. 21, 2019, at a Kickoff on the Winter Haven campus.

Upward Bound prepares high-school students for college and professional success and helps them recognize and tap into their inner talents and strengths to develop resiliency and persistence, regardless of life’s challenges.
