Take classes at Polk State with federal relief funds

Enrollment continues to take place at Polk State College for the Fall 2021 Semester and students can apply for emergency financial aid grants awarded through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) to cover the costs of tuition and fees.

The application for HEERF funds for students enrolling for the Fall 2021 Semester and Spring 2022 Semester is available online at www.polk.edu/cares.

Fall 2021 Semester 12-week classes will start on September 13 and eight-week classes will start on October 13.

It is important to note that Polk State is in Phase III of its Return to Campus PlanAnyone who is sick or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms is instructed to stay home; do not come to campus and contact a healthcare provider.
