Registration and payments will be unavailable 3 p.m. June 30 until 8 a.m. July 1

Registration and payments will not be available from 3 p.m. on Monday, June 30, until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1, due to needed maintenance to the Polk Portal. It is important to note that because charges and payments will not be processed during this time, registration and payments will not be available online or in person.

Due to this, the drop for non-payment deadline is being extended from June 30 to July 1 so that students have additional time to make any payments of outstanding balances, including bookstore charges.

Students and employees will still have access to other functionalities within the Polk Portal, such as class schedules, the bookstore, and employee self-service. Additionally, this does not impact polk.edu, Canvas, or College email.
