Polk State College’s PASSPORT system will be temporarily unavailable beginning 8 p.m. on Friday, April 30. The College’s Information Technology Department will be upgrading the system and should be complete by the afternoon on Sunday, May 2.

Polk State’s PASSPORT system is the primary database for all student academic and financial accounts. The outage will affect individuals applying to the College, registering for classes, and accessing degree audits and financial account information.

It is recommended that students access their accounts before April 30 if they need information before the weekend or postpone accessing their accounts until May 3.

Canvas, the College’s learning management system, student and employee email accounts, and the polk.edu website will not be affected during the system upgrade process.
