Polk State College’s PASSPORT system will be temporarily unavailable beginning 9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28. The College’s Information Technology Department will be upgrading the system and should be complete by 6 a.m. on Thursday, December 29.
Polk State’s PASSPORT system is the primary database for all student academic and financial accounts. The outage will affect individuals applying to the College, registering for classes, and accessing degree audits and financial account information.
Canvas, the College’s learning management system, student and employee email accounts, and the polk.edu website will not be affected during the system upgrade process.
