PASSPORT will have temporary outages 2/28 & 3/2

Polk State College’s PASSPORT will be temporarily unavailable from 12 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 28, and from 12 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, as the system undergoes upgrades. 

Polk State’s PASSPORT system is the primary database for all student academic and financial accounts. The outage will affect individuals applying to the College, registering for classes, and accessing degree audits and financial account information.

Canvas, the College’s learning management system, student and employee email accounts, and the polk.edu website will not be affected during the system upgrade process.
