Center for Public Safety Grand Opening

The Polk State Center for Public Safety held a ribbon-cutting and grand opening Jan. 8 at the new facility in Winter Haven.

The state-of-the-art building houses the College’s programs in Criminal Justice, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Science Technology, and the CALEA-accredited Polk State Kenneth C. Thompson Institute of Public Safety.
