Polk State closed March 11-17 for spring break
Polk State College, including its collegiate high schools and campus bookstores, will be closed from Monday, March 11, through Sunday, March 17, for spring break. Saturday classes will meet on March 9. The College will reopen on Monday, March 18.
Open enrollment for the Summer 2024 Semester will begin on April 8. Open enrollment for the Fall 2024 Semester will begin on June 3.
Currently enrolled Polk State students will be able to register for classes in Passport. Prospective students should submit a free online application to the College by clicking here. Dual enrollment students should work with their high school advisors and email deregistration@polk.edu if they need assistance.
Staff will be monitoring emails while the College is closed. Students should expect responses to their inquiries within 48 business hours. They should note that staff will be answering general questions; any requests for changes to records such as updating residency or removing holds from an account will be addressed when the College reopens.
