Network Support

Our Network Support team builds, monitors, maintains, and supervises the network infrastructure at Polk State College. Other responsibilities include provisioning and maintaining staff and faculty email, telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, servers, emergency broadcast system, and data center operations. 

How to contact Network Support:  

  • Call the Help Desk at 863.837.5971 (Extension 5480).  
  • Email HelpDeskRequests@polk.edu to automatically generate a ticket. 
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
