Help Desk Services

Our Help Desk can assist with computer trouble, printer trouble, classroom trouble, logging into computers on campus, Wi-Fi assistance, staff/faculty account access, staff programming assistance, phone outages, long distance PIN reset, and Voicemail PIN resets. Other responsibilities include the creation of network accounts, staff email accounts, and long distance PIN’s. The Help Desk also dispatches on site or remote support for the following teams: Audio Visual (AV), Desktop, Enterprise, and Network.

How to contact the Help Desk: 

  • Call the Help Desk at 863.837.5971 (Extension 5480). 
  • Email to automatically generate a ticket. 
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
