Enterprise Systems

Our Enterprise Systems team assists staff and faculty with programming and report requests. Data Analysis, automated report generation, and maintenance on systems such as Adabase, Cognos, and SQL. Other responsibilities include back-office support of Genesis, Etrieve, SharePoint, and Lumens.

  • Call the Help Desk at 863.837.5971 (Extension 5480). 
  • Email HelpDeskRequests@polk.edu to automatically generate a ticket.
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
