08/11/2006: Polk Community College will hold a special registration day on Aug. 19 from 8 am to noon on both campuses. The event, called Super Saturday, will give students their last opportunity to register before classes begin on Aug. 21. In addition to registering on Super Saturday, prospective students can: · apply to the college, · see an advisor, and · take placement testing. Term 1 classes begin Aug. 21 and the term ends Dec. 9.
