PCC Music Dept. Fall Concert: Oct. 21

10/10/2007: Polk Community College's Music Department will present their first concert of the 2007-2008 academic year on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Theatre, Winter Haven campus.

Admission is free, however, donations to the PCC Foundation for the Music Department will be welcomed. A wide variety of entertaining selections will be presented by the PCC Wind Ensemble (Robert Doster, Director);  PCC Jazz Band (Roger Hewitt, Director); PCC Concert Choir and PCC vocal jazz ensemble (John Anderson, Director).

“This concert has a little something for everyone in the family,” said John Anderson, PCC Music Department Coordinator. “Our students will be performing everything from great traditional literature to folk songs to the music from the most popular shows of stage and screen.”
