along Florida Development Road, just east of U.S. 27 and 3.5 miles south
of I-4. It is currently a citrus grove. |

PCC hopes to buy at least 30-acres of the Cassidy
property (Parcel A), with the
possibility of an option for smaller parcels on the east and west of
the site. The
architect's master plan for the
property is superimposed on the site location.
