Welcome to our Kids at College website! The registration deadline was May 22. We are still accepting applications on a space available basis. The best way to register at this point is to print the registration form below and fax it to us. We can then check availability and contact you regarding payment.

Session 1: June 8 – 18 (Monday – Thursday)

Session 2: June 22 – July 2 (Monday – Thursday)

Session 3: July 6 – July 16 (Monday – Thursday in Winter Haven only)

Courses are offered each session on both the Winter Haven and Lakeland campuses of Polk State College - Lakeland courses are offered 8:15 am - 12:30 pm, and Winter Haven courses are offered 1:15 pm - 5:30 pm.

Registration Form (Acrobat version) - You will need the free Acrobat reader, available from Adobe's website to view this file. Print the registration page and the schedule of courses for the campus you plan to attend. Once the form is complete, you can fax it in (863-297-1072), mail it, or bring it to the cashier's window on either campus.
