Before you Search: All databases are available to currently enrolled student by selecting Databases from the PCC Library website and then selecting Logon to PCC's Databases. Borrower ID = Social Security Number.  PIN = the last four digits of your SSN.

How to Search: There are several options for searching in these databases: Subject guide, relevance, keyword and advanced searching provide several options for locating information.  Use the search box to enter a search term and click on Search.  Click on the title to view the abstract or full text of the article.

How to Print: Select Print  at left side of the screen.

How to Cite: (MLA) Author. "Title of article." Name of publication. Article's original publication date: page numbers. Name of database. Gale Group.  Polk Community College Library. Lakeland, FL.   Date Accessed. <http://www.galegroup.com>.

Example: Wooster, martin Morse. "Who Should Pay for Space Exploration?" American Enterprise Oct. 2001: 58. InfoTrac Professional Edition .  Gale Group.  Polk Community College Library. Lakeland, FL.  15 Oct. 2004 <http://www.galegroup.com>.
