Accredited Claims Adjuster  ~  ACA - the ACA designation allows candidates to EXEMPT the Florida GENERAL LINES CLAIMS ADJUSTER EXAM for the 5-20 Independent Adjuster or 6-20 Company Adjuster License needed to become an insurance claims adjuster.

Also available on-line including on-line exam is the
Registered Customer Service Representative Designation course ~ RCSR.  The RCSR designation allows candidates to EXEMPT the Florida state EXAM for the Customer Service Representative 4-40 license ~ to work in sales and service in an insurance agency.

This program was created by the Florida Legislature for Florida’s Universities and Colleges to provide a quality educational product for the public entering the insurance industry in sales or claims adjusting. 

Course fee is $320, after finishing the on-line course and on-line final exam; the candidate applies for a Florida license at the Florida Department of Financial Services at the state’s website:   www.fldfs.com
