VUE/PROMETRIC TESTING

The Lakeland TLCC is an official testing site for VUE & Prometric, which offers testing services for a variety of certifying organizations such as, Microsoft, Novell, IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, iGeneration, American College, and many others program sponsors.

Candidates can register directly with Polk State College by calling us at 863-297-1044. Candidates can also register, schedule and find answers to frequently asked questions online. For VUE information, please refer to www.Vue.com, and for Prometric refer to www.prometric.com.

 What is Polk State College's Policy for VUE & Prometric Testing?

Individual testing for VUE & Prometric is administered in the Teaching/Learning Computing Center on the Lakeland campus by appointment only. Testing will only take place during the scheduled time.

Register for tests:
The TLCC will only schedule tests 24 hours in advance, i.e. no same day scheduling and testing. To schedule a VUE test contact VUE registration at 1-800-837-8734 or visit VUE website at www.Vue.com. To schedule a Prometric test call 1-800-853-6769 or visit www.prometric.com.

Reschedule and Cancel tests:
The TLCC will not reschedule or cancel tests. Testers are responsible for rescheduling and canceling tests directly through VUE or Prometric. Tests must be rescheduled/cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Score reports:
Testers receive only one copy of the score report for each completed test. The TLCC will not be responsible for keeping copies of test scores, nor will the TLCC release scores to anyone other than the initial copy as provided to the tester at the time of the test.

For test security and to ensure the quality of the testing environment for all testers, CELL PHONES AND OTHER PERSONAL DIGITAL DEVICES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE TESTING AREA FOR ANY REASON. Your cooperation is appreciated.
