PLACEMENT TESTING

The placement test is a battery of tests required prior to enrollment. Your academic advisor will determine what tests you must take. The test takes approximately two and a half hours to complete. However, there is no time limit for the exam. No appointment is necessary. After placement testing, see an academic advisor in Student Services to discuss your test results.

To take the exam:

You MUST bring a Placement Testing Ticket, which is obtained through Student Services. Check your ticket for the location on campus where you will be testing.

You MUST have a photo ID, which has your name and signature and a recognizable photograph. The following are acceptable:

  • A current driver's license
  • A current passport
  • A current college-issued student ID card with photo

For test security and to ensure the quality of the testing environment for all testers, CELL PHONES AND OTHER PERSONAL DIGITAL DEVICES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE TESTING AREA FOR ANY REASON. Your cooperation is appreciated.
