Polk State College offers the College Reach-Out Program: CROP

The College Reach-Out Program (CROP) is a state-sponsored educational program established by the legislature to identify, motivate, and prepare students to complete high school and enter postsecondary institutions. CROP is funded by the Department of Education (DOE) through the Office of Postsecondary Education Coordination. 
   

The student participants are:

·       • in grades six through twelve

·       • those who would benefit from structured motivational programs

·       • prospective first-generation college students
