Ruth Ann, being a native of Canada, started playing volleyball in middle school and continued to play throughout high school. She received coaching experience with the Diamond Starters Association. A competitive figure skating career granted her many championships, as well as coaching the sport.  Ruth Ann also has a RN degree in Critical Care Nursing and is a Certified Personal Trainer. 2010 was her first season coaching at Polk State College. She looks forward to many more successful years.
