                            TRYOUTS

 

 Who:   MALE or FEMALE PSC Students and or Collegiate Students

 

When:   Saturday August 27th 2011 & Sunday August 28th 2011

 

Where: PSC Gym Winter Haven Campus

 

Time:   

               Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  ( 1 hour Lunch Break)

 

               Sunday 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.   ( 1 hour Lunch Break)

 

                             **BOTH DAYS REQUIRED**

 

                     *Students can either pack a lunch, or leave campus for a lunch.

 

                    Lunch will NOT be provided by PSC.

 

 Tryouts Info:  Tryouts will begin Saturday Morning at 9:00 a.m. Team will be announced at the end of Tryouts on Sunday.  In order to tryout, you must attend both Saturday and Sunday.

 

Video Tryouts: Video Tryouts will be accepted. Please Contact Coach Carson for more information and or Requirements.

 

 Costs:     Free to all PSC Students

 

 What to Bring: Please visit Website and Print off all required Forms:

•  Proof of Physical
• Head Shot
• PSC ID Card
• Liabilty Waiver
• On Campus Tryout Waiver    

( Please bring all required paperwork/ Information to Tryouts on Saturday)

 
  * You must have an up to date Physical in order to participate in tryouts!
