Polk State College Eagle Choice Card
Polk State College has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company to process refund disbursements to our students. Financial Aid and tuition refunds are disbursed to Polk State College students via the Eagle Choice Card. With the Eagle Choice Card, students will choose one of two ways to receive refunds and disbursements: A Higher One account with a debit Eagle Choice Card or direct deposit (ACH) to the student's existing account. In addition, Higher One ATM machines are available at both campuses (Winter Haven and Lakeland).
The Eagle Choice Card will be sent to the mailing address listed on the student's official educational record. Students can verify their mailing address by logging onto PASSPORT, verifying the address listed under the 'My Details' section. A change of address can be made on PASSPORT by clicking on the Mailing Address link.

I did not receive a card, what do I do?
If you have not received your Eagle Choice Card within 10 business days of your registration for classes (if a first time student), please contact the Office of Student Accounts at studentaccounts@polk.edu. Please include your student ID, your name and verified address and contact information in your email.
Do I have a refund?
Check your student account at PASSPORT to see if you were issued a refund.
I was issued a refund, but I don't know if I received it, now what?
Go to www.eaglechoicecard.com
- If you have activated your Eagle Choice Card, go to the current user login section; Enter login information and click Financial Refunds.
- If you have not activated your card, go to the Get Started section and activate.
Where are the ATM's located?
Winter Haven campus (Student Center) and Lakeland campus (TLCC).
