Application Process

There are two Collegiate Charter High Schools, PCC Collegiate High School located at the Lakeland campus and the Chain of Lakes Collegiate High School located at the PCC Winter Haven campus.

Current high school sophomores & juniors are eligible to apply. Students are offered a program of high school and college courses to meet the requirements for a standard Florida high school diploma with the opportunity to take dual-enrolled courses at PCC.

Download and complete the application. Be sure to choose a program of study and to indicate a campus choice. Submit the completed application packet to either PCC Collegiate High School office or mail the application packet to EITHER high school at the following address:

hand deliver to either Collegiate High School office:
PCC Collegiate - Lakeland campus, room LAC 1200. 
Chain of Lakes Collegiate - Winter Haven Campus room WLR 208.

Prospective students must take the College Placement Test (CPT) and bring, fax, or mail a copy of your Score Report Sheet to either Collegiate High School office: Lakeland Campus, room LAC 1200 – fax 863-669-2944 Winter Haven campus, room WLR 208 – fax 863-298-6801  

All applicants are required to take the College Placement Test. The College Placement Test is an assessment taken on the computer. You will receive your scores upon completion of the test. It is your responsibility to deliver the test scores to either Collegiate High School office either in person or by fax or mail. The test may be taken Monday – Saturday during the hours the TLCC is open on either campus. However, a “CPT Testing Ticket” is required and must be obtained at either office. Both Collegiate High School offices are open Monday – Friday, 7am until 3:30pm. You will need to bring a photo ID and  social security number are required to enter the TLCC prior to the test. All testing supplies are furnished. You are NOT permitted to use a calculator.
