What’s the Point?

You can save money and save time. It works like this . . . you get both high school AND college credit at the same time. Some students complete their first two years of college and graduate from high school at the same time. Cool, huh? Read on!

What are the Requirements?

You must be a high school junior or senior and have an unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher to qualify for the CHS. You must have a minimum of 11 high school credits at the end of your tenth grade year and be on track for graduation.

What’s the Cost?

College courses taken at PCC by Collegiate High School students are free! You will be able to earn college credits, work a paid summer internship and take certification exams at no extra cost to you.

And classes are where?

Classes are held on the Lakeland and Winter Haven campuses of PCC. You can also take classes during the summer terms and evenings at no additional cost. The Collegiate High School has advisors to help you find the schedule and coursework that best fit your special talents, plans and capabilities.
