PSC uses SPURS (State Purchasing System aka the Vendor Bid Sistem) to electronically notify vendors of formal solicitations. State Purchasing uses SPURS to notify vendors of opportunities to bid on State Contracts. Additionally, the other 27 State/Community Colleges use SPURS to notify vendors of biding opportunities. This W-9 is for companies who need PSC to submit a W-9. This is not for new vendors.
