        Session 1 –  June 16^th  - 19^th       9 AM-1 PM                (AGES 6-12) - $100    

        Session 2 –  June 23^rd -  26^th      9 AM-1 PM                 (AGES 6-12) - $100

STAFF:

Head PCC Coach Joe Arnold and PCC players

CAMPER BENEFITS:

¨      Access to all PCC facilities, including covered batting cage

¨        Participation in individual and team competition

¨        Individual and team instruction on all facets of the game

¨        Each camper will receive a camp T-Shirt

¨      Concession Stand will sell drinks, snacks, hamburgers, pizza, etc. during short lunch break

I hereby grant permission for my son/daughter to attend PCC Baseball Camp, and I affirm he/she is in good health and is physically able to participate in all camp activities.  In the event of injury and I cannot be contacted, I authorize the staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, for which services I am responsible for.  I relieve the PCC Baseball Camp, it’s staff, and Polk Community College of any responsibility should any accidents occur.  My insurance
