Lexis Nexis Academic   Statistical Tables  

Full-text access to a wide range of news, business, legal, and reference information. Medical & health; federal, state & international legal materials; corporate news & financial information, and more

 

Comprehensive access to statistical information from Congressional Information Service, Inc. Search summaries of statistical publications and link to full-text of selected publications on government Web sites.

 

Lexis Nexis databases are complex.  Please consult help screens for more detailed information on searching and citing.

 

Before you Search: All databases are available to currently enrolled student by selecting Databases from the PCC Library website and then selecting Logon to PCC's Databases. Borrower ID = Social Security Number.  PIN = the last four digits of your SSN.

How to Search: For Statistical Tables, enter a search term in the Keyword box.  Limit the search if necessary by using the check list   and coverage dates. Results are displayed newest to oldest.  Select a title to view the table.

For LN Academic, select the Guided News Search. Follow the steps to locate exactly the type of news source, limit to a country or area of the United States and a particular time.  Results are displayed newest to oldest.  Select a title to view the full text of the story.

How to Print:  Click on the print icon to reformat the document.  Use the browser print function to print.

How to Cite: (MLA) Author’s Last Name, First Name. “Article Title.” Journal/Magazine Title Date of  Publication: pages (s). Database Name.  Lexis Nexis. Polk Community College Library. Lakeland, FL.  Date of Access. <http://web.lexis-nexis.com>.
