Question 1:

Have you ever used the PCC Library?

Apparently the Lakeland campus has a few more library rats than Winter Haven, probably just 1 un-standard deviation of deviates to worry about.

  3. One time I went to the PCC Library because my instructor made us go

Question 2

Where do you get your information? Do you use other libraries?

  1. I'm a library freak. 
    I use the online library stuff and the "real" physical library stuff too!
     
  2. I prefer to use the public library.
    I like it better than the PCC Library.  (Oh, say it ain't so!)
     
  3. I prefer bookstores with coffee bars and entertainment.
     
  4. I get my information and reading pleasure from the Internet...
    'cuz everything is free on the Internet : )
     
  5. Other?

Ya, ya, ya, "D" is the Internet, but those library ratish Lakeland folks are piling into their library as well as using that Internet.  Maybe they are using the Internet in the library?

Winter Haven had a lot more in the "other" category -- what do you suppose that is... the street?  the radio? their mother?  Unfortunately for our inquiring minds most of the people who chose "E - Other" did not tell us what that other was.  Maybe they don't know either.  Maybe there is some secret information source that they do not want to leak to us common folks...

Question 3

Have you used the PCC Library's electronic databases...?

  1. I use them all the time - they are a life-saver at 3:00 am the night before an assignment is due.
     
  2. I use them when I need them... mostly when my instructor makes us use them.
     
  3. I tried to use them once, but it was too confusing and I still have headaches from the experience.
     
  4. What electronic databases?  You mean you can do a lot of this researching stuff from home? Why didn't anyone tell me?

OK, OK... Lakeland beats Winter Haven -- again.  They think that they are so info savvy.  How many surveys did Dave fill out himself? hmmmm
