INTERNET RESEARCH GUIDE FOR
INTERDISCIPLINARY SOCIAL SCIENCE

INTRODUCTION TO SOCIAL SCIENCE

Dr. Rosemarie Lamm

This guide provides access to a number of resources that students can use to conduct field specific research on their selected topics.  The resources presented are by no means exhaustive and are provided as an aid to encourage more exhaustive research if needed.  This is particularly so of the links to World Wide Web sites.  Where possible, references are selected that contain links to still more sites, thus creating a web of knowledge resources for these fields.  As it with all information on the Internet, the researcher should exercise critical thinking and evaluation of accuracy to determine information quality and applicability.

Click on the links below to view Web pages focusing on the selected field of study.  Pages generated by Polk Community College and University of South Florida librarians are included if they exist.  Other links may lead to documents created by other college or university libraries, faculty, or professional organizations.
