I am the Program Manager for Office Administration,
Medical Office Administration and Medical Transcription
programs at Polk Community College.
My
career at PCC began in 1998 as an Academic Advisor with
the Talent Search program (TRIO) and has evolved to
Computer Information Systems Faculty and now Program
Manager in the Division of Workforce and Economic
Development.
I have gained valuable knowledge and experience along
with building great working relationships among faculty
and staff. As a faculty member, I enjoyed teaching
students and help to spark the interest of learning.
My current position allows me combine two of the
things I enjoy the most, helping students achieve their
academic/career goals and teach.
When
I am not at work; I enjoy spending time with my
daughter, going to the gym and taking dancing lessons.
My
greatest satisfaction comes from helping others achieve
their goals. Please rely on me to be a resource
and guide as you strive to complete your educational
program at Polk Community College.
