I am the Program
Manager for the Business Administration, Accounting and
Financial Services programs at Polk Community College.
My goal as the Program Manager for these programs is to
provide you with a quality education and a rewarding
learning experience that you can carry forward
throughout your life.
Prior to joining
PCC, I have over 17 years of experience in the retail
industry including various positions such as analyst;
systems support manager and general manager with several
large retail companies. In addition, my experience
includes serving as coordinator for several projects
such as new store openings, distribution center
start-ups and store relocations. In the field of
education, I have over 5 years of prior experience as an
instructor and as an Associate Dean of Business. My
teaching experience also includes online instruction in
business and IT at various educational institutions.
In my spare time, I
enjoy reading, traveling and working on art projects. I
am also looking to further my education by pursuing a
PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Applied
Computer Science.
