Potential Adjunct Instructor
For
Criminal Justice Academies
If you are interested in teaching for one of
the Advanced/Specialized courses or the Detention, Correction, Basic Law
Enforcement, Equivalency of Training, Night Academy or Crossover there
are specific things you will need to do.
Currently we are not adding Adjunct
Instructors to our general pool of instructors unless a Coordinator has
an upcoming class date to be able to use you as instructor in his/her
class schedule.
You may contact any of the Coordinators
listed below to determine if you have qualifications and the experience
they require for a class and to determine if they will be able to
utilize you in an actual class course in the near future.
The Coordinator will then notify the
Administrative Assistant of their need and we will start the paperwork
that you will need to complete.
Please be advised that completing an
application for PCC and submitting it to HR does not mean that you can
teach for Criminal Justice. There are specifics that we require in
order to process you, drop you into the system under our codes and allow
you to teach.
