OPS WORKER- Tech Support/Desktop - WH 

 

Part-time, temporary OPS Worker position available for Tech Support on the Winter Haven  campus.

 

Responsibilities include:  Set-up and configuration of the PC’s and other related equipment on a Microsoft network. Duties will include the installation of both software and hardware, assisting with help desk functions, and assisting users with both software & hardware issues. Duties may also include installation and configuration of networking equipment and other infrastructure hardware on the configuration of networking equipment & other infrastructure hardware on the Microsoft network. Must be dependable, punctual, with a good attitude and excellent customer service skills. Experience with both software & hardware required. Office XP and Windows XP skills a plus.  

Hours: 30 plus hours but will vary depending on scheduling. Monday-Friday.
