GRANT SPECIALIST- Corporate College-Airside 

 

A Grant Specialist position is available in the Corporate College office at the PCC Airside location. The candidate will report to the Director of Corporate College.  

Responsibilities include: Various aspects of grant opportunity assessment, planning, solicitation and management, to include record keeping and reporting. Related work with staff, consultants, grantors, businesses, state agencies, community economic development entities. Other departmental administrative duties as assigned by Director. 

Qualifications include: Graduation from a regionally accredited college with a Bachelors degree in Business management or closely related field and two years of relevant experience, in educational, governmental, and/or legal administration, including pertinent areas of grant related work, business procedures, budget and record keeping training as well as professional writing proficiency.  Experience with state grants and workforce training or adult continuing education highly preferred. Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage grants of significant size and complexity. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn a college financial management open system (Genesis).  

Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM.  This position salary range is leveled @ P11.
